About Us

Welcome! My name is Marquita Garmon. I am the founder of Hallowed-Bee. My background is in ministry, nonprofit leadership, and higher education. I hold certifications in lay counseling and life coaching, and spiritual midwifery. My educational background: Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Arts in Human Services with a concentration in Christian ministry, both from Liberty University.

I completed my formal education in 2012 and established my nonprofit: Kept Women in 2013, where I served women and girls through counseling, coaching, and small group workshops and retreats. The shift to add natural and creative strategies began in 2023, when I began creating detox kits and prayer candles. As I began to flourish in creating with my hands, I added worship instruments as well as artwork and floral arrangements from my own flower garden. Hallowed- Bee began as a hobby and creative outlet, eventually intertwining with my spiritual gifts, and adding new insight to my deep passion to see people healed and whole. I offer a holistic approach to mental renewal and healing: mind body and soul.
